2. Acceptance of These Terms
- You accept these Terms and Conditions when you create an account, sign in, click an agreement checkbox, use the dashboard, submit information, deposit funds, start an investment, schedule an investment, request a withdrawal, or continue using the platform after an update to these Terms.
- If you use Swideprime on behalf of a business, organization, family member, or another person, you confirm that you have authority to do so and that you are responsible for all activity performed through that account.
- You must stop using the platform immediately if you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions.
- Additional notices, plan terms, fee notices, verification requirements, payment method rules, withdrawal rules, and security instructions shown inside the platform form part of these Terms.
3. Eligibility and Account Registration
- You must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements in your jurisdiction and must not be prohibited from using investment, wallet, payment, or online account services.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and whenever the platform requests profile, contact, payment, or verification details.
- You may not create an account using false information, another person's identity, disposable details intended to avoid review, or contact information that you do not control.
- You are responsible for keeping your email address, phone number, profile details, wallet details, withdrawal details, and verification information accurate and up to date.
- We may refuse registration, limit account functionality, request additional information, or close an account where information appears inaccurate, incomplete, duplicated, suspicious, abusive, or inconsistent with platform rules.
4. Account Security and Login Credentials
- You are responsible for keeping your username, email, password, two-factor authentication codes, device access, wallet access, and recovery information secure.
- You must not share your password, two-factor code, session access, dashboard access, or account control with any unauthorized person.
- You should use a strong password that is not reused on other websites and should enable two-factor authentication whenever available.
- You must notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorized login, unauthorized transaction activity, lost device access, compromised email, changed payment details, or any other security issue.
- We may temporarily restrict login, deposits, withdrawals, investment activity, profile changes, or account access if we detect unusual activity, repeated failed login attempts, suspicious IP activity, device changes, or other security risks.
- You are responsible for all actions taken through your account unless the issue is caused solely by a proven platform-side error.
5. Verification, KYC, and Compliance Reviews
- Swideprime may require profile verification, identity verification, address verification, payment ownership verification, document upload, transaction explanation, source-of-funds information, or other compliance checks before or after account activity.
- You must submit clear, authentic, complete, and current documents when verification is requested.
- Documents that are blurred, altered, cropped, expired, inconsistent, unreadable, duplicated, or suspected to be false may be rejected.
- Verification review may affect deposit crediting, withdrawal processing, referral eligibility, account limits, profile changes, and access to selected features.
- We may delay, reject, reverse, suspend, or investigate activity where verification is incomplete or where the activity appears inconsistent with account information or platform requirements.
6. Platform Services and Dashboard Tools
- Swideprime provides account tools that may include registration, login, profile management, dashboard balances, deposit requests, wallet tracking, plan selection, investment history, scheduled investments, withdrawal requests, referral tracking, transaction history, notifications, support tickets, and security settings.
- Available features may differ by account status, verification status, wallet balance, selected plan, payment method, country, security review, platform configuration, or administrative decision.
- The dashboard is intended to help you review account activity, but you remain responsible for checking every deposit, investment, withdrawal, referral, and transaction before confirming an action.
- We may add, change, pause, remove, or replace features to improve security, performance, compliance, operational reliability, or user experience.
7. Deposits and Account Funding
- All deposits must be submitted through approved payment methods displayed in the platform.
- You must follow the payment instructions, amount limits, currency requirements, payment references, proof requirements, and method-specific rules shown during the deposit process.
- A submitted deposit is not complete until it is confirmed, reviewed where necessary, and credited to the appropriate wallet.
- Deposit processing time may vary because of payment provider delays, blockchain or network conditions, bank processing, manual review, incorrect references, missing proof, security checks, or system maintenance.
- You must only deposit funds that you are authorized to use. Third-party deposits may be delayed, rejected, reversed, or require additional verification.
- Incorrect payment details, underpayments, overpayments, duplicate payments, unsupported currencies, expired payment instructions, or payments sent outside approved channels may require manual review and may not be recoverable in every case.
8. Wallet Balances and Internal Records
- Your account may display more than one wallet balance because different balances serve different purposes.
- The deposit wallet may be used for eligible investment placement, transfers, or other features allowed by the platform configuration.
- The interest wallet may receive credited returns, commissions, or other account earnings according to the relevant activity and platform settings.
- Wallet balances are internal platform records. They may be adjusted where required to correct errors, reverse invalid activity, apply fees, enforce plan rules, comply with security review, or resolve confirmed support cases.
- You should review your transaction history regularly and contact support promptly if you believe a wallet balance or transaction record is incorrect.
9. Investment Plans and Plan Selection
- Before starting any investment, you must review the plan name, minimum amount, maximum amount, fixed amount if any, return rate, return type, payment interval, repeat period, lifetime setting, capital-back setting, compound setting, wallet source, and any other displayed plan conditions.
- You are solely responsible for selecting a plan that matches your available balance, timing preference, risk tolerance, and account goals.
- The platform may show a profit calculator or projected return summary. This tool is provided for convenience and should be reviewed together with the actual plan terms displayed before confirmation.
- Once an investment is confirmed, it may not be cancelable unless the platform specifically provides a cancellation, capital-back, or administrative correction option.
- Returns, intervals, repeat periods, lifetime settings, capital return rules, compounding options, and maximum earnings depend on the specific plan selected and the platform configuration at the time of investment.
- Plan availability may change. A plan shown at one time may later be edited, paused, hidden, closed, replaced, or discontinued.
10. Returns, Interest Intervals, and Capital Back
- Returns are calculated according to the plan settings, investment amount, return type, return interval, repeat period, and wallet rules configured for the selected plan.
- A plan may pay returns every hour, every several hours, every day, or according to another interval shown by the platform.
- A plan with a fixed repeat period may stop crediting after the configured number of periods has been completed.
- A lifetime plan, if offered, may continue according to its displayed settings unless paused, closed, restricted, or otherwise affected by platform rules.
- If a plan includes capital back, the capital is returned at the end of the investment period according to the selected plan terms and account status.
- If a plan does not include capital back, the principal may not be returned after the investment starts unless the platform separately provides a specific capital-return option.
- Return timing may be affected by holidays, weekly off days, maintenance windows, security reviews, system queues, payment provider issues, or other operational conditions.
11. Scheduled Investments and Compounding
- Scheduled investment tools allow eligible users to configure repeat investment activity using available wallet balances, selected plans, selected amounts, schedule counts, and platform intervals.
- You are responsible for checking the selected wallet, plan, amount, schedule count, next investment time, compounding option, and remaining schedule times before enabling a schedule.
- A scheduled investment may fail, pause, skip, or stop if the wallet balance is insufficient, the plan becomes unavailable, verification is required, account access is restricted, the schedule is disabled, or platform rules prevent the activity.
- Compound interest settings, where available, must be used carefully because compounding may affect how returns are reinvested and how balances are displayed.
- You may enable, pause, continue, or disable schedules only through the tools available in your dashboard.
12. Withdrawals and Payout Requests
- Withdrawals must be requested through the withdrawal tools provided inside the platform.
- You must select the correct withdrawal method, provide accurate payout details, review charges, review minimum and maximum limits, and confirm the request before submitting it.
- Withdrawal availability may depend on wallet balance, verification status, account security status, payment method status, working days, holidays, transaction history, risk review, and administrative approval.
- Withdrawal requests may be pending while they are reviewed, processed, approved, rejected, or returned for additional information.
- We may delay or reject a withdrawal if payout details are incorrect, the account is unverified, activity is suspicious, wallet balance is insufficient, a payment method is unavailable, a request violates limits, or additional review is required.
- You are responsible for losses caused by incorrect withdrawal details that you submit, including wrong wallet addresses, wrong account numbers, wrong network selection, wrong payment method details, or payment details that do not belong to you.
13. Fees, Charges, Limits, and Currency Display
- Deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payment methods, or other services may be subject to charges, percentage fees, fixed fees, network costs, conversion effects, or method-specific deductions.
- Applicable fees and limits may be shown during the relevant transaction flow or reflected in the transaction history.
- Currency symbols, currency codes, exchange rates, payment method rates, and converted amounts are displayed for user convenience and may differ from external provider calculations because of fees, rounding, timing, or network conditions.
- You should review all displayed amounts before confirming any action.
14. Referral Program and Commissions
- Swideprime may provide referral tools that allow users to invite others and track eligible referral activity.
- Referral commissions, if available, are subject to the active referral level settings, qualifying actions, account status, verification status, anti-abuse review, and platform configuration.
- You must not use spam, misleading statements, fake accounts, duplicate accounts, paid account farms, unauthorized advertising, or false promises to obtain referrals.
- Referral commissions may be reversed, withheld, adjusted, or canceled if the referred activity is refunded, reversed, fraudulent, abusive, self-referred, or otherwise invalid.
- You are responsible for ensuring that any statements you make about Swideprime are accurate, fair, current, and not misleading.
15. User Conduct and Prohibited Activity
- You must use Swideprime lawfully, honestly, and only for its intended platform purposes.
- You must not attempt to hack, overload, scan, scrape, disrupt, reverse engineer, bypass security, abuse APIs, exploit bugs, automate unauthorized activity, or interfere with platform operations.
- You must not submit false documents, impersonate another person, create duplicate accounts to abuse limits, use stolen funds, process unauthorized payments, launder funds, hide ownership of funds, or engage in any activity connected to fraud or illegal conduct.
- You must not threaten staff, abuse support channels, submit repeated false tickets, manipulate transaction records, or use the platform to harass other users.
- We may suspend, limit, close, investigate, or report accounts involved in prohibited activity.
16. Communications, Notifications, and Support
- Swideprime may send account notices through the dashboard, email, SMS, push notification, support ticket replies, or other available communication channels.
- Important notices may include registration messages, verification updates, deposit confirmations, withdrawal updates, investment activity, security alerts, support replies, policy updates, and administrative notices.
- You are responsible for monitoring your account notifications and keeping your contact details accurate.
- Support requests should include clear information such as transaction ID, payment method, date, amount, screenshots where helpful, and a concise explanation of the issue.
- Support cannot process requests faster where required information is missing, documents are unclear, or third-party payment confirmation is delayed.
17. Platform Availability, Maintenance, and Holidays
- We aim to keep the platform available and reliable, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
- Features may be unavailable during maintenance, upgrades, security reviews, technical incidents, payment provider downtime, network congestion, hosting issues, database work, or emergency fixes.
- Configured holidays or weekly off days may affect return crediting, withdrawals, support handling, or other operational processes.
- We may pause selected actions temporarily to protect users, maintain platform stability, complete audits, or resolve technical problems.
18. Data, Records, and Transaction History
- The platform maintains records of account activity, including deposits, investments, returns, withdrawals, commissions, balance changes, support tickets, login activity, and administrative actions.
- Transaction history is provided to help you review your account, but you should keep your own records where necessary.
- Where there is a discrepancy between displayed information and confirmed backend records, the backend records and verified payment/provider evidence may be used to resolve the issue.
- You must report suspected errors promptly. Delayed reporting may limit our ability to investigate third-party payment records, network records, or support evidence.
19. Risk Notice and No Financial Advice
- Swideprime provides platform tools and plan information; it does not provide personal financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice.
- You are responsible for evaluating whether any deposit, investment plan, schedule, withdrawal, referral activity, or account decision is suitable for you.
- All investment-related activity involves risk, including the risk of delayed processing, plan changes, operational limitations, third-party payment issues, security reviews, or loss of expected value.
- Past performance, projected returns, calculator results, plan summaries, or dashboard estimates should not be treated as a guarantee of future results beyond the applicable platform rules and confirmed plan terms.
- You should not use funds that you cannot afford to place at risk.
20. Taxes and Personal Obligations
- You are responsible for understanding and meeting any tax, reporting, licensing, exchange control, or regulatory obligations that apply to your use of Swideprime in your jurisdiction.
- We may provide transaction records through the dashboard, but we do not calculate or file your personal taxes unless expressly required by applicable law or a written agreement.
- You should consult qualified advisors if you are unsure about your obligations.
21. Account Restrictions, Suspension, and Closure
- We may restrict, suspend, or close an account where required for security, compliance, technical, operational, legal, payment, or abuse-prevention reasons.
- Restrictions may apply to login, deposits, investments, scheduled investments, referrals, withdrawals, profile edits, support access, or any other platform feature.
- Where appropriate, we may request additional information before restoring access or processing pending activity.
- Closing an account does not remove responsibility for previous transactions, outstanding reviews, chargebacks, disputes, prohibited activity, or obligations under these Terms.
22. Corrections, Reversals, and Administrative Adjustments
- We may correct obvious system errors, duplicate credits, incorrect wallet entries, invalid commissions, wrong charges, failed payment records, or other balance inaccuracies.
- Administrative adjustments may be made after investigation and may be reflected in your transaction history.
- If you receive funds, credits, commissions, or balance entries that you know or should reasonably know are incorrect, you must not withdraw or use them and must notify support promptly.
23. Intellectual Property and Platform Content
- The Swideprime name, interface, design, text, graphics, logos, software structure, dashboard layout, content, and platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rules.
- You may use the platform only for personal account activity or authorized business use through your account.
- You must not copy, resell, sublicense, reproduce, scrape, or commercially exploit platform content or software without written permission.
24. Third-Party Services and Payment Providers
- Swideprime may rely on banks, payment processors, blockchain networks, email providers, SMS providers, hosting providers, analytics tools, identity verification providers, or other third-party services.
- Third-party services may have their own rules, processing times, limits, fees, outages, verification requirements, or errors.
- We are not responsible for delays or losses caused solely by third-party systems outside our reasonable control, but we may assist with review where sufficient evidence is provided.
25. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Swideprime is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from platform use, account restrictions, third-party delays, user error, unauthorized account access caused by user negligence, payment provider issues, network failures, or force majeure events.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
- Your primary remedies for platform issues are support review, correction of confirmed errors, processing of eligible requests, or account action required by these Terms.
26. Indemnity
- You agree to hold Swideprime harmless from claims, losses, costs, penalties, disputes, chargebacks, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the platform, false information, unauthorized payment activity, prohibited conduct, tax failures, or violation of third-party rights.
27. Updates to These Terms
- We may update these Terms and Conditions when platform features, payment methods, security requirements, legal requirements, operational processes, or business needs change.
- Updated Terms may be posted on the website or made available through the dashboard.
- Your continued use of Swideprime after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
- If a change materially affects existing activity, we may provide additional notice where practical.
28. Governing Rules and Dispute Handling
- Questions, complaints, or disputes should first be submitted through the support ticket system with relevant account and transaction details.
- We will review disputes using platform records, payment evidence, account history, plan terms, verification information, and any documents submitted by the user.
- Where applicable law requires a specific dispute process, that process will apply. Otherwise, disputes will be handled under the rules applicable to the entity operating Swideprime.
- Users are encouraged to resolve issues through support before taking external action.
29. Contact and Support
- For account questions, deposit issues, withdrawal reviews, verification support, plan questions, security concerns, or policy questions, contact Swideprime through the official support tools provided in your account or on the website.
- For faster handling, include your username, transaction ID, payment reference, relevant dates, amount, selected method, and a clear description of the issue.
